Specification Overview – Storage Canopy Buildings

Bespoke: fully custom designed buildings are available on request.

Frame: Industrial aluminium alloy and steel frame with a 10 year warranty against material defects.

 

Roof System: single layer, industrial grade, flame retardant PVC membrane. single layer, industrial grade, flame retardant PVC membrane.

Height: from 3.20m – 7.20m.

 
 

Walls: corrugated steel sheets or industrial grade PVC side walls (Any number of walls can be added whilst ensuring a consistent air flow throughout the canopy).

Color: a variety of color options to match existing site color schemes.

Length: extendable to any length in increments of 5.00m.

Width: available from 5.00m – 30.00m in clear span width.

Outright Purchase, Hire or Lease Purchase.

At HTS INDUSTRIAL we recognize that customer circumstances and needs differ widely. Therefore we provide a wide range of competitively priced modular buildings and temporary warehouses to suit a variety of applications. We also aim to provide you with the ideal funding method to suit your specific requirements. HTS INDSUTRIAL portable buildings can be rented, lease purchased or purchased outright.

Hiring a Temporary Building

If you are unsure of the exact length of time that you will require the temporary modular building then the hire option is the most appropriate. It provides total flexibility since you can “off-hire” the modular temporary storage building at the end of the agreed rental period or extend the rental for a further term. Because the hire cost is treated as a business expense for the company renting the temporary building, the entire rental cost can be set against the company’s tax liability for each financial year of the rental period – the longer the hire period, the lower the monthly payments become.

Lease Purchase

Sometimes customers wish to own the building outright, but their current business circumstances cannot accommodate the initial up-front investment. In these cases we offer a lease purchase arrangement. Customers can rent the modular temporary warehouse building from us for an agreed amount of time with a pre-determined purchase amount payable at the end of the pre-agreed fixed rental term. The customer benefits by having total flexibility of ownership options.

Temporary Building – Outright Purchase

As a guide, the longer the building is required the more the straight purchase option becomes attractive. If you choose the purchase option, it is important to note that the structure will always remain as a marketable asset. As our modular temporary buildings are fully demountable, when the building is no longer required, it can be sold on the open market and will always provide a good return on the original capital expenditure cost. To guarantee your options, we offer a buy-back option on all original portable buildings purchased directly through HTS INDUSTRIAL.
